Penelope Dress & Top
Penelope can be made as either a loosely fitted top or an A-line dress. Both options have a high neckline framed by a ruffle, 3-quarter length sleeves, and a loop and button closure at the back.

Sizing
The pattern includes sizes 6 - 24. Please note, these are New Zealand sizes, however the instructions include a sizing chart that you can use to figure out which size is best for you if you’re not familiar with New Zealand sizing. The sizing chart is also shown in the second to last picture of the listing.
Fabric requirements
The Penelope Dress and Top both work well with light to medium weight woven fabrics with a good drape. Try a soft cotton, light-weight linen, rayon or viscose. I would caution against using a heavy weight fabric otherwise the ruffle won’t sit nicely.

You'll also need one, 1cm wide button for the loop and button closure.
